Q. I have a Health-o-Meter Bathroom scale that does not work properly, whom should I contact?
A. The Health-o-Meter Bathroom scales that are sold through Discount or Department stores are serviced by Sunbeam. Please call them at 1.800.672.5625 or reference their website www.homscales.com.

Q. How do I receive technical support on my medical professional scale?
